In 1926, our Maison was a small artisanal perfumery, where flowers and plants from the surrounding region were distilled to produce perfume concentrates, essential oils, and other floral absolutes. Over time, our perfumery grew under the leadership of its directors—three generations who came before us and successfully guided the evolution of our Maison. From a simple manufactory, Fragonard has, over nine decades, become an entire universe, now comprising three factories, six museums, and twenty-four boutiques.
