Like an artisan’s seal, the seahorse, a symbol that is both familiar and strange, marks all his creations and forms a link between gold, perfume, and memory. It is both the hallmark of 24-karat gold for the Paris mint and lends its name to the part of the human brain that plays an important role in memorizing smells, colors, and emotions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
